Often we are driven by our emotions if we not pay attention to what’s really going on. 

We have emotions and feelings all the time. From the moment we wake up until we go to bed. The problem is that we are not used to paying attention to our emotions, so we just go through our lives with whatever’s happening. 

In school, we never learned about emotions. It’s all about intelligence and making sure you pass your exams to get ready for ‘real life’. At work, it’s all about your skills and experiences and how that benefits the company. In your own business it’s probably often about achieving goals and creating a certain success.  

Our world is built on things we can measure.

What if we would pay more attention to our emotions and what we’re experiencing? 

Emotions are a big part of what makes us human but if we neglect that big part of ourselves, what the heck are we missing out on?! 

I mean, seriously?! 

The harder we neglect our emotions, the harder everything in our lives will become. 

We often don’t want to pay attention to what’s going on in our bodies because we don’t know how to deal with it. Our emotions are not the problem, what we do with it is the problem. 

We’re afraid of losing control and because of that we judge our emotions and try to don’t pay too much attention to it. 

What if allowing your emotions would actually give you access to a level of control you’ve never experienced before?

Emotions are like waves. As long as you are aware of the wave you’re going through and let it be, you are in control. 

As long as you don’t take action from the emotion you’re experiencing, you are in control. 

Emotions are temporary. You don’t want to make important decisions out of a certain emotion. So if you learn what emotions are and what it actually is that you’re experiencing when you check in with yourself, you are in control.

Neglecting it or avoiding it because you don’t know how to deal with that big part of yourself, will make you a victim. You can not push away your emotions all the time and risk being freaked out when you experience something really intense which you don’t know how to deal with. 

Not if you truly want to use your full potential and create and live the life and business you want. 

Allowing your emotions doesn’t make you weak. It makes you the strongest version of yourself ever. 

I’ve been through all stages myself. Not knowing what to feel, not knowing how to deal with what I’m feeling, avoiding all of my emotions, neglecting all of my emotions… 

It turned out that learning more about my emotions and learning how to deal with them, made me the powerful woman I am today. My whole process in this has changed everything for me. I gained emotional power. I learned that I am in control. Always.

I have a lot of emotions, like everybody. I just figured out how to make it work for me and change my whole life because of that. 

I am in control. You are in control. 

Don’t go through life with whatever’s happening. Own your life. 

Learn about your emotions and use it as a powerful tool. Grow and transform your life and business. 

This is not wishful thinking, but I promise you it will happen.
