I truly believe in creating what you want and what you stand for. Because the more you stay true to yourself and to what feels good for you, the more you will be able to create and accomplish.
It’s about building and creating the life that you truly want to live. And it’s the same in building your business.
I create my business the way I want it to be. I decide how I plan my week, I decide which days are for client calls, I decide what I charge, I decide when I’m free and I decide if I want to take on another client or not.
For me, that’s freedom. It’s creating from who I am and how I want my life and business to be. Because of that, I’m able to sustain.
I’m not performing an act or dance to other people’s wishes. That’s exhausting and doesn’t work on the long term. It’s living a life that’s not you.
From experience, I know how exhausting that is. It’s surviving instead of thriving.
It’s far from sustainable. It’s burns you out and/ or it will never make you feel fulfilled and satisfied.
Imagine how it looks like when you can create whatever you want, on your terms…
I’ll give you a recent example of one of the things I created. A few months ago, I decided that I wanted to start a small group program.
From that decision I decided when it would start, what the investment was going to be, how many people could join, which dates and time the sessions would be etc.
Now, it’s full and we’re up and running. I’ve created it how I wanted to create it, because I stayed true to myself and my decision on how it was going to look like.
People didn’t negotiate about the starting date or the dates/ times for the sessions. They knew they wanted to be in and did whatever was necessary. They took responsibility.
For some, that meant that they had to take care of certain things to be able to join the sessions. But I didn’t know any of that. My people do what they need to do.
When you don’t create from what you want and how you want it, it will give space for negotiation. You’re not here on earth to please other people and do things because others want it that way.
When you create from who you are and what you want, the right people will show up. You will be able to build your business on your terms, when you stick to your decisions. Even when that feels really edgy or scary.
Start with building and creating the life that you want. Don’t settle for less. Don’t live for pleasing others.
Know that when you stay true to yourself, anything is possible.
Do you already live the life you really want?
If not, let’s have a conversation.
